Monty Armstrong is currently an instructor and the Social Studies Department Chair at Cerritos High School in Cerritos, California. Monty's teaching experience includes AP* World History, AP* European History, and World History Honors. He has served as a Sample Selector and Table leader for the AP* World History Reading since the first year in 2002. He was also a Reader in AP* European History from 1995-2001. He is also a member of the California Council for the Social Studies, National Council for the Social Sciences, the World History Association and the American Historical Association. He has been a presenter at the conferences for all of the organizations over the past years. Monty is the lead author for the Princeton Review's Guide to Cracking the AP* World History Exam and just finished writing the ancillary for the new edition of Bulliets' The Earth and its Peoples.
