Liisa Caimano-Blackwell began teaching AP Capstone courses in 2014, the first year AP Seminar was released. She added AP Research to her course load when her sophomores became seniors, and quickly realized that this was where her passion lay. Liisa brings her teacher-librarian skills to workshops, sharing how to harness resources for quality research from all corners of your neighborhood, and lives by the AP Research motto: "Understanding is earned."
